Services include full recruiting, sourcing, posting the jobs, interviewing and onboarding, 30-60-90 day check-ins and annual reviews.

Interventions
A leader and employee’s time learning and building skills is an investment in your team’s growth and attracts new talent who want to make an impact and continue to grow. We connect you with culture-changers, trust builders, leadership gurus that help you and your managers become mindful leaders. We supplement your corporate meetings and workshops with stress/lifestyle balance workshops, work with you to design annual retreats, and help your staff access wellness trainings that impact.

Technology
Are your tools increasing productivity or disrupting your staff? We connect you to technology coaches and trainers who can assess your current technology and suggest ways to use it more efficiently. What would be most helpful, learning pivot table tips, how to design compelling emails, meeting scheduling tips in Outlook? Perhaps more intensive training or consulting on designing intranets, knowledge management protocols, and data visualization techniques is needed. Either way, our technology coaches can alter lives with small one-on-one or group sessions.

Costs
We’re unique and don’t require long-term contracts. Instead, we offer a platform or a menu where you pick and choose the solutions you need now. Our services are either charged hourly or by the project–you stay in control.
