Betsy Dooley/CEO:  A native of Memphis, I graduated from Vanderbilt and followed my three big brothers to Dallas, Texas–eventually landing in Los Angeles. I worked in Client Services in advertising agencies, conducting employment, consumer marketing and advertising campaigns for clients in commercial real estate, technology, telecommunications, and healthcare. Moving back to Nashville allowed me to be closer to the family and focus on a healthcare career. A career turning point was my time with Health Assist Tennessee (now Family and Children Services). A start-up nonprofit, we quickly grew to an insurance advocate counseling center of over 70. When funding ceased for that statewide nonprofit, I then became the Southeast and Michigan analyst for Decision Resources/ HealthLeaders Interstudy. I worked with healthcare leaders, learning about healthcare trends and innovations happening in the payer and provider space.  I was actively recruited by one of the first-to-market population health companies MissionPoint, now Ascension Care Management. I served in several roles, helping it grow from 13 to now over 450 employees. Now, starting my biggest challenge to date, I’m working with national clients from both healthcare and data science/analytic sectors, helping them garner and retain the best talent in the country.
